The advancement of the amateur sport of Mountain Biking in the Forest of Dean for the public benefit
To promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment within the Forest of Dean Cycle Centre

I apply for membership of Dean Trail Volunteers CIO and declare that (all options required to apply for membership):

I am interested in furthering the purposes of the CIO (see above).

I understand and accept the duty of members as set out in clause 9(3) of the constitution to exercise powers as a member in good faith to further the purposes of the CIO

I understand that membership may be terminated in accordance with the constitution

Member Communications:

I consent to receiving member-specific communications from the CIO (including general meeting notices, AGM materials, voting information, and member updates) via my existing agreed communication preferences*

I consent to DTV holding and processing my personal data for membership administration purposes
